Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients without TIA or acute cerebral infarction before admitted in the groups; 2.ischemic symptoms; 3.newly happened neurogic syptoms; 4.NIHSS8-18; 5.aged 18-80 years; 6.patients willingly participated in the experiment; 7.patients agree with our objectives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.severe diseases and homorage,coma; 2.getting better quickly; 3.stroke 6 weeks ago; 4.stroke of some human actions; 5.homorages; tumors; 6.lacunar infarction, etc..
