Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Feeling abnormal/slow; the affected side is weak, the pain is swollen, and the sleep or use is aggravated. The patient relieves the symptoms by shaking the wrist or changing the posture of the upper limb. 2. The median nerve innervation of the hand is numb. 3, the hand big fish muscle atrophy. 4. Tinel sign (+) and / or Phalen sign (+).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Brachial plexus neuropathy, thoracic outlet syndrome and polyneuritis were diagnosed by differential diagnosis. 2. There was a history of surgery or injection of steroid in the same carpal canal.
