Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke meeting international diagnostic criteria and confirmed by head CT or MRI imaging; 2. Primary onset, unilateral lesion; 3. Stable condition, no obvious contracture of joints, able to independently complete site-station transfer without external force and auxiliary appliances, and can complete the standard test of site-station transfer in this experiment; 4. Normal cognitive function, able to understand test and training requirements; 5. willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe underlying diseases that cannot be tolerated; (2) Osteoarticular muscle diseases with significant impact on motor function, such as surgery, trauma, infection, bone tumor, rheumatism and other medical history or symptoms on either side of lower limbs, as well as congenital anomalies such as foot pronation, high arch foot, hallux valgus, etc.; (3) Patients with communication and cognitive impairment, unclear consciousness and unable to cooperate with the completion of the experiment; (4) Other neurological disorders, especially vestibular or cerebellar dysfunction.
