Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical treatment used vancomycin for the treatment of patients with infection and monitoring of vancomycin blood concentration; 2. data collected for the concentration of vancomycin blood concentration, not peak concentration or immediately after administration The monitored concentration; 3. the influencing factors of the control group were consistent with the influencing factors involved in the observation group.
