Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for normal high blood pressure, grade 1 hypertension, and grade 2 hypertension in accordance with the guidelines for prevention and treatment of hypertension in China: normal high blood pressure is SBP of 120-139 mmHg and/or DBP is 80-89 mmHg, grade 1 hypertension SBP is 140-159mmHg and/or DBP is 90-99mmHg, grade 2 hypertension is SBP 160-179mmHg and/or DBP is 100-109mmHg; 2. aged 18-60 years; 3. has good language expression and Comprehension ability; 4. informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes and liver and kidney failure; 2. diarrhea, dysentery or other gastrointestinal diseases in the past 1 month; 3. taking microecological preparations in the past 1 month , hormone drugs or antibiotics and other drugs; 4. irregular living habits, more social entertainment; 5. pregnant or lactating women; 6. have serious mental illness and cognitive dysfunction.
