Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) For patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery with type I incision, type I incision is aseptic incision; 2) Aged 18 to 70 years old male and female; 3) Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with chronic consumptive diseases, such as tumors, hyperthyroidism, diabetes and malnutrition; 2) Patients with local skin diseases and vascular diseases; 3) Patients with local or systemic infection.
