Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged =35 years old; (2) body mass index (BMI): 18-25 kg/m2; (3) FSH 6; (5) cause of infertility: tubal pathology, male factors and unexplained factors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS); (2) endometriosis; (3) oocyte donation cycles; (4) chromosomal abnormalities; (5) uterine malformation; (6) embryos thawed were not survived.
