Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged over 18 years, no gender limitation; 2)be treated with mechnical ventilation for at least24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who were unlikely to survive 48 hours from the time of screening; 2) GCS less than 8; 3) Neuromuscular disease invovling respiratory muscle; 4) Immunosuppression or immunedeficiency; 5) Difficult airway; 6) Palliative care.
