Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years old; 2. Strictly meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of the Primary Liver Cancer Treatment and Treatment (2017 edition) or HCC patients diagnosed by histopathology or cytology, and cannot undergo radical surgery; 3. At least measurable lesions (according to the mRECIST version of the measurable lesion spiral CT scan long diameter = 10mm or enlarged lymph node short diameter = 15mm); 4. Researchers believe that they can benefit; 5. Voluntarily join the study, sign the informed consent form, and have good compliance and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A person who has been confirmed to be allergic to apatinib and/or its excipients; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with contraindications to apatinib; 4. The doctor believes that it is not suitable for inclusion; 5. Incomplete imaging and incomplete records of adverse reactions.
