18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Outpatients aged 18-85 years and had not performed left colorectal surgery, provided written informed consent and underwent colonoscopy at the endoscopy center of Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe colonic stricture or obstructing tumor; 2. pregnant or lactating women; 3. severe congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association class III or IV); 4. severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance170 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure>100 mm Hg); 6. disturbance of electrolytes; 7. history of left colorectal surgery; 8. significant gastroparesis or gastric outlet obstruction or ileus; 9. compromised swallowing reflex or mental status; 10. known or suspected bowel obstruction or perforation; 11. toxic colitis or megacolon; 12. patients who cannot give informed consent and those who are hemodynamically unstable.
