Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients are single ankle instability and the contralateral ankle is healthy. 2. All patients are not accompanied by other musculoskeletal injuries such as muscle strain, fracture, and cartilage lesion. 3. A severe foot sprain caused inflammation or activity damage. The first injury occurred six months ago and there was no injury within one month. There has been a "softening" or frequent cramping or an ankle instability that does not cause a sprain 4.FAAM: Score < 80% 5.IdFAI: score =11/CAIT score <24 6. Exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes each time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Accompanied by other musculoskeletal injuries such as muscle strain, fracture, cartilage damage.
