Breastfeeding:Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months

AFH:80% whey protein content formula feeding for 6 months

AFL:60% whey protein content formula feeding for 6 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) born in full term; 2) Weight = 2.5kg, <4kg; 3) Apgar score is higher than 8; 4) No physical disability, and infectious diseases (AIDS, etc.); 5) No metabolic diseases such as diabetes, dyslipidemia, and hypothyroidism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Lactose intolerance; 2) Those who are allergic to milk proteins; 3) The mother has a metabolic disease during pregnancy; 4) Those with liver and kidney function damage; 5) Amino acid metabolism abnormal disease; 6) Those who are over 14 days old.
