Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients on weight loss surgery in Department of general surgery of Shandong Provincial Hospital. Gender and age are not limited, women need to determine the menstrual cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Viral hepatitis or other liver diseases caused by hereditary diseases, malignant tumors and other benign tumors; subjects with incomplete medical records.
