18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Diagnosis of unilateral stroke (hemorrhagic or ischemic) as documented by CT or MRI; 3. 1-12months from stroke; 4. The Brunnstrom Approach of upper limb and hand in stage 2-4; 5. Hand muscle strength 0-3 and shoulder strength >2; 6. Muscle tone of hand and upper limb modified Ashworth scale =2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score 5.
