65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing selective knee/hip arthroplasty and combined lumbar-hard block; 2. Aged 65 to 85 years; 3. Patients had good compliance and volunteered to participate in the experiment; 4. The patients were operated on by the same team of doctors; 5. There was no preoperative language communication and cognitive impairment; 6. ASA is grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking caffeine-containing drugs for a long time and one week before operation; 2. Patients with long-term drinking of coffee (including cocoa), soft drinks, milk tea, chocolate, etc.; 3. Concise Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) for patients with 23 points or less; 4. Patients who have had a history of neurological or clinically significant neurovascular diseases or who are unable to read or have severe visual or auditory impairments.
