Gold Standard:1. Clinical outcome such as death, improvement or deterioration of heart failure
2. proBNP
3. Duration of QRS on EKG.

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. LVEF = 35%; 2. QRS=130ms; 3. NYHA classification II~IV; 4. Received standard drug treatment = 3 months before CRT; 5. Super-responders: From the above-mentioned cases and previous cases of CRT in our center, according to the results of the 6-month follow-up after CRT, screening according to the following conditions: (1) LVEF=50%; (2) LVEDV=120ml; (3) NYHA grade I~II; (4) First CRT/CRTD implantation with implantation time =1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Arrhythmia, such as atrial fibrillation or frequent premature beats; 2. Combination with other diseases (inquiry history, eg. abnormal liver and kidney function) and life expectancy less than 1 year; 3. Plan of other cardiovascular intervention or cardiac surgery within 3 months before CRT treatment, such as coronary stent/bridge; 4. Patients refusing the follow up at the initial interview.
