Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent AML: Leukemia cells or primordial cells in bone marrow recurred in peripheral blood after CR > 0.05 (except for bone marrow regeneration after consolidation chemotherapy) or extramedullary leukemia cell infiltration; 2. Diagnostic criteria for refractory AML: Initial cases ineffective after two courses of treatment with standard regimen: those who relapse within 12 months after CR after consolidation and intensive treatment; those who relapse after 12 months but fail to respond to conventional chemotherapy; those who relapse twice or more; those with persistent extramedullary leukemia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiac insufficiency: ejection fraction (EF) 2 mg/dl (34.2 micromol/L), AST > 2.5 times the normal upper limit, serum creatinine (SCr) > 2.5 mg/dl (221 micromol/L).
