Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients recruited were 20-35 years old, using hormone replacement therapy to prepare the endometrium and receiving frozen embryo transfer for the frst time, without taking any drugs or udergoing surgery on uerus or ovary 1 month before initiating the cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with uterine fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, endometrial polyps, intrauterine adhesions, repeated implantation failure, thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance and other endocrine diseases, known drug contraindications were excluded.
