14 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who agree with Regional and General Anesthesia for surgery; ASA grade I to II; ablity to comprehend visual analogue scale (VAS) pain scoring system or use patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any clinically relevant abnormal physical findings; History of anaphylaxis to drugs or allergic reactions in general, which the investigator considers may affect the outcome of the study; Relevant history of renal, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, skin (particularly at the site of drug application), haematological, endocrine or neurological diseases that may interfere with the aim of the study; Using other medications which interfere with the IMP of the study during 1 week before the start of IMP.
