65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged=65 years; 2. Normal heart and lung function confirmed by ultrasonic cardiogram and lung function test; 3. Stage I NSCLC confirmed by histology and PET/CT; 4. Received successful surgery or RFA; 5. Willing to pay regular visit to follow up, including the necessary blood test and other examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comprised heart and lung function that confirmed by ultrasonic cardiogram and lung function test; 2. History of lung resection, constructive lung diseases, or other chronic pulmonary diseases that may lead to the declination of lung function, such as COPD, asthma, ILD, etc.; 3. Unsuccessful surgery or RFA; or serious complications related to the surgery or RFA resulting in the duration of hospitalization longer than 3 weeks. Or complications that may affect heart and lung function continue to exist after discharge; 4. Chronic diseases difficult to control with drugs in heart, liver, and kidney, etc. Or complicated with uncontrolled chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, connective tissue diseases; 5. Smoke >10 cigarettes per day, alcohol abuse, or other unhealthy hobby that may interfere with the observation; 6. History of malignant tumor in other system, or have history of organ transplantation; 7. History of drug abuse or mental disorders.
