40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients were diagnosed as NSCLC according to clinicopathological results; TNM stages of patients are III -IV and surgical treatments are not selectable; There are no contraindications to radioactive iodine therapy; Patients did not accept radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the past three months; There was no obvious liver and kidney dysfunction and related contraindications; Expected survival time >3 months; Patients from iodine-125 seed implantation combined with chemotherapy group and/or their delegated family members signed the Informed Consent for Radioactive Particle Brachytherapy and the Informed Consent to Chemotherapy. Patients from the chemotherapeutic group and/or their delegated family members signed the Informed Consent to Chemotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Patients who cannot tolerate surgery and intrathoracic radiotherapy; Patients with poor compliance; Patients with severe infectious diseases.
