18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male and female patients aged =18 years; 2. confirmed diagnosis of HIV-1 infection; 3. under stable cART for the prior 6 months and throughout the study period; 4. presence of neurocognitive impairment was assessed using the International HIV Dementia Scale (IHDS) and the Chinese version of Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI >30kg/m2; 2. pregnancy, lactation woman; 3. with a history of diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or serious diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system disease; 4. known intolerance to n-3 PUFA preparations; 5. consumption of high levels of alcohol (>20g/d).
