Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with metastatic breast cancer; Patients who voluntarily participate in this clinical study;Healthy people without breast cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were not allowed to participate in the study due to physical conditions; Mental retardation or psychosis
