Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria formulated by the fourth national conference on cerebrovascular diseases and are diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction for the first time through brain CT/MRI; (2) stable vital signs and course of disease <1 month; (3) associated with hand movements dysfunction, hand out the hemiplegic side movement classification < III; (4) aged 20-80 years; (5) all patients signed informed consent forms for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) hand dysfunction caused by other reasons before onset; (2) severe cardiopulmonary, liver, kidney, bone and joint diseases; (3) patients with poor treatment compliance or obvious disturbance of consciousness.
