Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for chronic hepatitis B and the initial antiviral treatment standard in the Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B (2015 Update); 2. Aged = 18 years; 3. No other varieties of antiviral Drug wihin 12 weeks; 4. Entecavir dose of 0.5mg fasting orally once a day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other types of liver disease, HIV, liver cancer or decompensated liver disease patients; 2. Taking immunosuppressive agents or glucocorticoids within 24 weeks.
