18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 80 years; Confirmed as gastric adenocarcinoma with preoperative biopsy; Stage as T2a-T4, N0-N2b, M0, according to the eighth AJCC; Gastroscopy and other imaging data indicating that the tumor was located at the upper third stomach; Radical excision (R0) could be achieved after preoperative exploration and evaluation; Be tolerant to laparoscopic pneumoperitoneum; Patients and their families agree to participate in clinical trials and sign consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accompanied by obstruction, perforation or haemorrhage etc.; Distal gastric cancer or stump gastric cancer; History of abdominal surgery; Severe cardio-cerebrovascular diseases; History of mental illness.
