Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Our department of surgery for the treatment of patients with periprosthetic fractures after hip replacement; 2. Vancouver type B periprosthetic fractures; 3 unilateral surgery; 4 were completed by undergraduate senior physicians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No follow-up data; 2 patients with bone malformation; 3 patients with pathological fractures caused by tumor or long-term steroid administration; 4. patients with acetabular prosthesis fractures.
