Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children aged 0-6 years who are planning to undergo elective surgery; (2) ASA class I to II, 10 kg < weight < 50 kg; (3) Intraoperative bleeding is estimated to be more than 10% of blood volume; (4) The temperature is between 36.0 and 37.5 degree C; (5) Unpainted nail ends; (6) The parents or legal guardians of the children sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of haemoglobin disease (e.g. sickle cell disease), thalassemia, cardiopulmonary disease, etc.; (2) Peripheral vascular diseases; (3) Abnormal bilirubin; (4) Obvious hemodynamic disorder; (5) The extremities are not easily connected with the sensor probe; (6) The parents or legal guardians of the child do not agree or the child does not cooperate.
