Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After TURBT surgery, diagnosed as NMIBC patients with intermediate or high risk; 2. Signed the consent agreement, age equal to or above 18 years old; 3. Agree to follow the planed visit, be able to offer the pre-treatment tumor tissue block, and willing to provide follow-up data of recurrent or not within 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The investigator judged that the patient had other serious illnesses that may affect follow-up and short-term survival, and any medical reasons showed a significant risk of death during the first year study period; 2. Previous diagnosis of any other malignant tumor; 3. After TURBT surgery, diagnosed as non-NMIBC patients or NMIBC patients with low risk; 4. Patients judged by the investigator that is not suitable for enrollment.
