18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years; 2. Pregnant woman living in Hefei city for long term; 3. Monocyesis; 4. Women with the first survey before 18-28 weeks of gestation; 5. Willing to accept regular follow-up after being informed; 6. Plan to have a antenatal care and delivery at the above site; 7. Be able to answer the questionnaire clearly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy with assisted reproductive technology; 2. With mental disorder; 3. Pregnancy complications; 5. Long-term drug use affected liver and kidney function.
