Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 75 and older; 2. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin; 3. Expected to stay in hospital for 24 hours or longer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe vision or hearing impairments; 2. Unable to provide informed consent.
