Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definite diagnosis of lumbar transverse process syndrome, course of disease of 3 months or more; 2. aged 25-85 years old; 3. exclude other diseases that cause lumbar pain and dysfunction; 4. the patient agreed to receive treatment and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. complicated with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction, hematopoietic system diseases, mental disorders, pregnant women; 2. use of drugs or therapy that may affect the evaluation of efficacy during the study; 3. reluctant to undergo minimally invasive treatment, unable to endure pain during treatment, voluntarily giving up treatment or loss of follow-up.
