Age

28 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)aged <35 years; 2)absence of any abnormality at transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) and at HSG; 3)failure to implant after three or more IVF treatment attempts or after at least 6 good quality embryo transfers; 4)normal parental peripheral karyotype;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) FSH on day 3>10 mUI/ml; 2) BMI>30 mUI/ml; 3) history of recurrent miscarriage; 4) endometrial hyperplasia or tuberculosis by histological diagnosis; 5) submucous myoma,adhesion of uterine cavity; 6) ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian endometriomas and/or adenomyosis; 7) medical treatment or disease known to interfere with immune dysfunction; 8) unwillingness to give informed consent.
