18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 16-65 years; 2. BMI > 32.5; 3. The course of T2DM is 10 years, and there is still some insulin secretion function in the islet, and the fasting serum c-peptide is 1/2 of the lower limit of normal value.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug or alcohol abuse or mental illness that is difficult to control; 2. Failure to cooperate with postoperative changes in diet and living habits, poor compliance; 3. Poor general condition, difficult to tolerate general anesthesia or surgery.
