18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Patients undergo gastroscopy or colonoscopy for initial examination or reexamination (including biopsy); 3. BMI 18~30 kg/m2[BMI=weight(kg)/height(m)2]; 4. Patients who attend this study voluntarily and sign the informed consent in an ethical way.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious difficult airway conditions, such as severe snoring, etc.; 2. Important organ failure, such as chronic heart failure; 3. Other anesthesia taboos of gastroenteroscopy, such as ASA V, poor liver function (Child - Pugh, C), acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding associated with shock, severe anemia,gastroduodenal outflow obstruction accompanied by content retention, serious nervous system disease, without a chaperone,substance abuse history, allergy to sedatives and other anesthesia risk; 4. Communication breakdown.
