Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the patient was diagnosed as recurrent oral ulcer; (2) the oral ulcer attack again; (3) Aged 16-70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. antibiotics, glucocorticoids and other drugs have been used within one month; 2. other interfering factors such as orthodontic treatment, periodontal treatment and dental treatment; 3. serious systemic diseases 4. pregnancy or other special circumstances
