Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) signed the informed consent with the approval of the hospital ethics committee; 2) aged 19-65 years; 3) meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation; 4) patients with lower back pain combined with radiation pain in lower limbs; 5) complete imaging data; 6) can actively cooperate with treatment and nursing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with combined spondylolisthesis or nucleus pulposus herniation and severe compression of cauda equina nerve; 2) patients with lumbar surgery history; 3) patients with lumbar sprain, ankylosing spondylitis or osteoporosis; 4) patients with obvious surgical indications and not suitable for conservative treatment; 5) patients with severe primary diseases including heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental patients; 6) pregnant or lactating women who are allergic to this drug; 7) failure to complete the prescribed course of treatment, inability to judge the efficacy or insufficient data will affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
