Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients meet the diagnostic criteria established by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases and are diagnosed by CT or MRI; (2) Aged 18 to 75 years old and able to communicate; (3) According to the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), the anxiety and depression scores were 8 points; (4) According to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the total score >7 points; (5) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cognitive impairment; (2) Patients with history of cognitive or mental disorders; With vision and hearing impairment; (3) Patients with unstable stroke or a tendency to aggravate; (4) Severe anxiety and depression cant accept the intervention; (5) Patients who didn't complete intervention cycle and data collection or who quit automatically.
