18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adult (Aged 18 to 80 years old); (2) Meet one of the following A + B: A: 1. The systolic blood pressure is lower than 80 mmHg; 2. The pulse pressure difference is less than 20mmHg; 3. In the original high blood pressure, the systolic blood pressure decreased by more than 30% compared with the original level. B: 1. Consciousness disorder; 2. HR>100 times/minute; 3. The limbs are pale and cold, the skin has spots, and the fingertip capillaries refill for more than 3 seconds; 4. The amount of urine is less than 0.5ml/kg; 5. Lactic acid>2mmol/l (3) Clear diagnosis of distributed shock

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cannot satisfy two items in A + B at the same time; (2) non-shock patients, except for shock shock other types of shock; (3) There are severe tachyarrhythmia (fast atrial fibrillation > 160bpm, frequent room early, ventricular tachycardia).
