60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60–80 years male and female; 2. Prepare for cataract operation; 3. Understand this study,willing to participated in the trial and sign the inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Within half a year, suffered from ocular surface disease such as blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis and adenitis; 2. Have the history of receiving any ophthalmologic operation or trauma; 3. Need to combine with other operation; 4. Within 3 months Topical or systemic use of antibiotics immunosuppressant; 5. Within 3 months Topical use of NSAID; 6. Be receiving any chemotherapeutic drug.
