Perioperative negative behavior in children

Interventions

Experimental group:comic-assisted preoperative interview ,cartoon car transfering child,and watching parental encouragement video in post-anesthesia care unit
Control group:Routine preoperative visit ,gurney transfering child,and PACU monitoring
Medication group:1mg/kg propofol

3 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 3-6 years old; weight 12 ~ 30 kg; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II; parent health; general anesthesia; ENT surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The child experienced general anesthesia surgery; chronic disease history; stunting and mental retardation; premature infants.
