Age
20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged 20 to 60 years; 2)ASA I~II; 3)Elective surgery undergo general anesthesia; 4)Surgical time= 2 hours; 5)Fully cooperate to perform spirometry. 6)Informed consented and volunteered to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Smoking; 2)Immune dysfunction (history of a common autoimmune disease, such as type-1 diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis); 3)Abnormal lung function (forced expiratory volume in 1 s 50% of predicted value, maximal oxygen consumption 35 kg/m2.
