Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed as high myopia combined with senile cataract (axial =26.0mm); (2) postoperative far-corrected visual acuity =0.5; (3) pupils > 2.9mm in OPD examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) in addition to high myopia combined with other eye diseases (macular disease, glaucoma, corneal disease, lens subluxation, etc.); (2) history of internal eye surgery; (3) intraoperative posterior capsule rupture or IOL not implanted pouch.
