Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Follow-up subjects inclusion criteria: (1) aged 20-30 years old; (2) non contact lens wear history or wearing soft contact lens 6 months), weekly wear (> 5 days), daily (> 8 hours), contact lenses brand, type, degree, and self-contained frame glasses; (3) tear collection can reach 45µl; (4) can accept the entire set of experimental procedures and operations; (5) signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Follow-up subjects/ cross-sectional subjects excluded criteria: (1) has systemic or ocular allergic diseases; (2) have systemic diseases that can affect the health of the ocular surface, such as hypertension, diabetes, Sjogren's syndrome, thyroid disease, mental illness, etc.; (3) have eye diseases such as ocular surface inflammation, keratoconus, ocular tumor, glaucoma, etc.; (4) have a history of eye surgery; (5) have a history of smoking and / or alcohol abuse; (6) have systemic and / or eye medication; (7) pregnancy or lactation or menopausal women.
