Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to ICU after severe trauma; 2. ISS>16; 3. Expected to survive more than 1 week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have suffered from serious cardiovascular system, respiratory system, urinary system, blood system diseases, hepatitis, autoimmune diseases, and malignant tumors before admission; 2. The estimated lifetime is less than 24 hours.
