Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) children with clinical and pathological diagnosis of kaposi-like vascular endothelioma; (2) stable vital signs; (3) be able to receive treatment and follow up according to regulations; (4) parents or legal guardians voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any of the following can be excluded: (1) bronchial asthma and family history; (2) cardiogenic shock; (3) heart block (II to III degree atrioventricular block). (4) severe heart failure; (5) sinus bradycardia; (6) allergy to glucocorticoid, vincristine and rapamycin; (7) congestive heart failure; (8) diabetes; (9) emphysema or non-allergic bronchitis; (10) liver dysfunction; (11) hypothyroidism; (12) raynaud's syndrome or other peripheral vascular diseases; (13) renal dysfunction; (14) autoimmune diseases; (15) immunodeficiency diseases; (16) infectious diseases; (17) leukocytosis; (18) patients who are participating in another clinical study; (19) the researcher judged that the compliance of the children was poor and the study could not be completed as required.
