Group A:intravenous dolasetron 0.1 mg/kg,

Group B:Anisetron 0.1mg/kg

Group C:Dexamethasone 0.2mg/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 300 children aged over 6 months with ASA grade I to II who underwent elective abdominal surgery in Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary or multiple abdominal surgery with diffuse peritonitis, preoperative use of erythromycin or other macrolide antibiotics, dopamine receptor antagonists and other drugs to promote gastrointestinal motility, history of heart disease, psychosis, asthma or neurological diseases.
