Improved group:Ultrasound-guided ilioinguinal/iliohypogastric nerve block in children along the direction of ilium.
Traditional group:Ultrasound-guided ilioinguinal/iliohypogastric nerve block in children along the connection from the anterior superior iliac spine to navel.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Surgery for unilateral inguinal diseases (inguinal hernia, hydrocele), ASA I-II, aged 1-7 years, without systemic diseases, normal coagulation function, normal liver and renal function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Respiratory infection, history of asthma or/and epilepsy, abnormal results of important auxiliary examinations, children or guardians refuse to participate, contraindications of nerve block (such as puncture area infection or abnormal tissue structure).
