Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) there were various degrees of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, difficulty in defecation and other obstruction symptoms before operation, and intestinal expansion and gas-liquid flatness could be seen in the three-dimensional plain abdominal film. (2) the biopsy was pathologically confirmed as malignant tumor by colonoscopy, or the enhanced CT showed signs of malignant tumor. (3) colorectal cancer with 5 cm distance from anus > confirmed by CT or NMR; (4) CT or mri showed single stenosis, and the length of the stenosis segment was no more than 10cm. (5) no obvious ascites or liver metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) intestinal perforation, peritonitis or gastrointestinal bleeding were suspected, especially the cecum with a diameter of > 12 cm; (2) abdominal abscess, spontaneous pneumoperitoneum or accompanied by sepsis; (3) tumor invaded the adjacent small intestine; (4) intestinal obstruction caused by exogenous oppression; (5) obstruction caused by non-colorectal primary malignancy; (6) incomplete obstruction can be laxative after conservative treatment;Colorectal cancer (7) IV period colorectal cancer.
