Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of STEMI, onset time less than 12 hours, coronary angiography confirmed thromboembolic occlusion, in line with the direct PCI indication recommended by the ACC/AHA STEMI treatment guidelines; 2. ischemic chest pain lasts for = 30min, and nitroglycerin is not relieved; 3. Electrocardiogram examination at least 2 adjacent chest lead ST segment elevation = 0.2mv or II, III, avF lead in at least 2 lead ST segment elevation = 0.1mv; 4. contrast distance onset = 12h; 5. The angiography showed that the blood vessel was a completely occluded lesion and a hemostatic load was severe.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) known obvious bleeding tendency; (2) active digestive ulcers; (3) Surgery or traumatic operation within 8 weeks before acute myocardial infarction; (4) severe trauma occurred within 1 week before acute myocardial infarction; (5) Infective endocarditis; (7) liver or kidney dysfunction; (8) pregnancy; (9) Uncontrolled hypertension (>180/100mmHg); (10) Hemorrhagic stroke occurred at any time in the past, and ischemic stroke occurred within 3 months.
